The Plan
We honestly can’t believe so many of you are making the trip to celebrate with us — it means everything. The wedding day is, of course, the heart of it all, but since we have this rare chance to be together in such a special place, we couldn’t resist planning a couple of extra moments to make the most of every second with you. Think of them as little bookends to the big day — a warm welcome, the wedding itself, and then a final toast by the sea before we all head home.
The Night Before
Wednesday 15th OCtober 5-7 PM
BenCH RESTAURANT - THE DOMES, ALGARVE
To kick things off, we’d love you to join us by the lake for a relaxed evening of drinks and canapés at the Bench Boathouse. It’s the perfect chance to gather everyone together, catch up, and ease into the celebrations before the big day.
Dress code: Smart summer — nice dresses, shirts, jeans, that sort of vibe.
There’ll be a really lovely (and very ample!) spread of canapés to enjoy with your drinks, but as it’s not a sit-down dinner, anyone still peckish can head into the Marina afterwards where there are plenty of great restaurants and bars. Then to bed with you, so you're ready for THE BIG DAY!
The Big Day!
It’s finally here — the day we say “I do” and celebrate the beginning of our forever with the people we love most. We’re keeping the ceremony location a little surprise for now, but all you need to know is this....
Please meet at The Domes, Algarve (same place as the welcome drinks!) by 1:45 PM, ready to leave promptly at 2:00 PM. Transport will be provided to take you to the venue and bring you home after the party — just bring your best selves and your dancing shoes! Here's a quick glance at the plans:
1:45 PM – Meet at The Domes
2:00 PM – Buses depart
3:30 PM – Ceremony begins
5:00 PM – Cocktail hour
7:30 PM – Dinner & speeches
9:30 PM – Party time!
1:00 AM – Buses return to The Domes

Seaside Send Off!
Friday 17th OCtober

After the whirlwind of the wedding, let's make the most of one last day together. Picture soft white sand, super comfy sunbeds, and a long, leisurely lunch with live music drifting over the beach.
Feel free to drift down anytime from mid-morning. We'll be heading down early ourselves to grab the best spots and soak up the sun! Sunbeds are available for a reasonable cost, so don’t forget to bring some cash if you want one.
Our table at Maria’s Restaurant is booked for 1:30 PM, with live music starting at 2 PM — one of our favourite spots in the Algarve. We can’t wait to share it with you! If you’re curious about what’s on offer, take a peek at the menu here
